Initializes the value of a specified connection property.

Parameters

  • propertyName
    Type: System.String
    The name of a property being initialized.
  • value
    Type: System.Object
    The value to which the property is initialized.

Exceptions

Exception Condition
ArgumentNullException

The propertyName parameter is null.
InvalidCastException

The specified value cannot be converted to the property type.

Remarks

This method is normally only called by the InitializeValues method.
