Gets the document data object for the primaryDocData that was passed into either of this service's overloaded constructors DesignerDocDataService or DesignerDocDataService.

This DocData has its save, checkout and running document table lifetimes linked to all other DocData objects returned by this service. This DocData automatically checks itself when Modify is called.
