Creates a user-readable localized string for the change type.

Parameters

• type
  Type: Microsoft.TeamFoundation.VersionControl.Client.ChangeType
  The change type to convert to a localized string.

• showLock
  Type: System.Boolean
  True to show the lock change type in a string. False to not show.

Return Value

Type: System.String
The localized string. May be an empty string if the input was ChangeType.None.
