ICredentialsProvider.GetCredentials Method

Gets the credentials when the current credentials of the component failed to authenticate with the server.

Parameters

• uri
  Type: System.Uri
  The URI of the server.

• failedCredentials
  Type: System.Net.ICredentials
  The credentials that failed to authenticate.

Return Value

Type: System.Net.ICredentials
The credentials to use to authenticate with the server.

Remarks

Note that the HttpWebRequest.Credentials property requires that the object be either a NetworkCredential or CredentialCache.
