Returns the category of the error.

Parameters

pCategory
Type: System.UInt32%
[out] A VSERRORCATEGORY value, a value from the __VSERRORCATEGORY enumeration, specifying an error, warning, or informational message.

Return Value

Type: System.Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
