Retrieves the value of an attribute for a hierarchy item identified by VSITEMID.

Parameters

• item
  Type: System.UInt32
  [in] The VSITEMID for the element.

• pszAttributeName
  Type: System.String
  [in] String containing the name of the attribute.

• pbstrAttributeValue
  Type: System.String%
  [out] String containing the value of the attribute.

Return Value

Type: System.Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
