ISWDistClientSettings::DisplayNewProgramNotification is a read-only property, in Configuration Manager, that indicates whether the Display new program notifications setting on the Software Distribution Agent is enabled.

Parameters

• pVal
  Data type: long

  Qualifiers: [out, retval]

  Pointer to a value indicating if the Display new program notifications setting is enabled. Possible values are:

  0	The Display new program notifications setting is not enabled.
  1	The Display new program notifications setting is enabled.

Return Values

An HRESULT code. Possible values include, but are not limited to, the following:

• S_OK
  The method succeeded.
