Represents the interface for handling reading, creating, updating and deleting agent sessions.
The following tables list the members exposed by the IAgentStateService type.

GetSavedSessions | Gets the saved session(s) for an agent. |

GetSessionTransferInformation | Retrieves session information for handling a transferred call. |

SaveSessions | Saves an agents session(s) information. |

SetSessionTransferInformation | Sets the session specific information in the database so that when an agent transfers a call to another agent, the session information can be reproduced for them. |
