Teams SDK is a suite of packages for building agents and applications on Microsoft Teams. It handles authentication, event routing, and Teams-specific plumbing so you can focus on your app's logic.

Get started

The fastest path is the Teams Developer CLI (in Preview):

1. Register your app — install the CLI, register a bot, sideload into Teams.
2. Build your first bot — write a message handler in TypeScript, C#, or Python.

If you'd rather have your AI coding assistant do the work, install the teams-dev skill and ask it to "create a Teams bot".
