Ein ReadOnlySpan<T> Marshall mit diesem Marshaller entspricht der Semantik von GetReference<T>(ReadOnlySpan<T>). Insbesondere übergibt dieser Marshaller einen Wertnull ungleich Null, wenn die Spanne mit einem Ungleichwertnull erstellt wurde.
